Prashant Kishor to assist TMC in 2021 Assembly polls; 'With his inputs, we are hopeful', says Trinamool member

With help from election strategist Prashant Kishor, TMC is to take on a battle-hardened BJP, in the 2021 assembly polls. In Lok Sabha elections this year, when the BJP won 18 of the state's 42 seats, just four less than Banerjee's party in West Bengal. According to sources in the TMC and IPAC, Kishor's firm, which managed with great success Narendra Modi's prime ministerial campaign.
