The BJP on Tuesday wrote to Punjab governor over Navjot Singh Sidhu's absence in the state cabinet, claiming a 'constitutional crisis' in the government. Chugh also made a reference to Sidhu's 'feud' with Punjab chief minister Amarinder Singh.
