South states Lok Sabha Election voting LIVE updates: Fourteen seats in Karnataka and 20 seats in Kerala will go to polls between 7 am and 6 pm on 23 April. This is the biggest phase of the election, with 117 constituencies going to polls. Phase 3 will also effectively conclude voting in the southern states, with the exception of Tamil Nadu's Vellore seat.
