Lok Sabha Election 2019 Phase 3 Voting LIVE Updates: According to official Election Commission data, Odisha records 22.70 percent turnout after six hours of voting in the third phase of Lok Sabha elections, especially Bhubaneswar which recorded a dismal 8.68 percent. Overall voter turnout has been recorded at 25.49 percent. Assam recorded a 42.35 percent and Jammu and Kashmir's Anantnag recorded 4.72 percent.
