विजय माल्या ने किया दावा- मेरी कंपनी की 13 हजार करोड़ से ज्यादा की संपत्ति जब्त कर ली गई

भगोड़े शराब कारोबारी विजय माल्या ने शुक्रवार को चौंकाने वाला दावा किया है. उन्होंने कहा, 'मेरी कंपनी की 13,000 करोड़ रुपए से अधिक की संपत्ति जब्त की जा चुकी है.' माल्या ने ट्वीट के जरिए दावा किया कि उसे कर्ज देने वाले बैंक ने अपने वकीलों को उसके खिलाफ छोटे-मोटे मामले दर्ज करने की खुली छूट दी हुई है. माल्या ने कानूनी फीस के रूप में सार्वजनिक धन के बेकार इस्तेमाल पर सवाल उठाया है. शराब कारोबारी ने कहा, 'हर सुबह मैं पाता हूं कि डीआरटी (कर्ज वसूली अधिकरण) के वसूली अधिकारी ने एक और संपत्ति को जब्त कर लिया. जब्त की गई संपत्तियों का मूल्य 13 हजार करोड़ रुपए से ज्यादा है. बैंकों ने दावा किया है कि सभी तरह के ब्याजों को मिलाकर उनका नौ हजार करोड़ रुपए बकाया है और इसकी भी समीक्षा की जानी है. यह कितना आगे तक जाएगा? क्या यह न्याय संगत है?' माल्या ने कहा कि डीआरटी के वसूली अधिकारी ने भारत में बैंकों की ओर से हाल में उसके समूह की 13 हजार करोड़ रुपए की संपत्ति जब्त की है. माल्या ने कहा, कहा जा रहा है कि मैं 9 हजार करोड़ रुपए लेकर भाग गया जिससे सरकारी बैंकों को नुकसान हुआ, तो न्याय या निष्पक्षता कहां है?'
